Description
A collection of video tutorials on the LEXIS platform and its usage. The collection also includes some BioDT- specific video tutorials on the usage of r4lexis and usage of r4lexis in R Shiny app. The training materials explain how to leverage the HPC-as-a-Service approach to design, orchestrate, and execute complex computational workflows, such as parallel simulations, predictive models, and scientific calculations, in a simple, automated, and secure manner. This course also includes specific modules tailored for the BioDT framework.

Upon completion of viewing, users will be able to:
- Understand the key components, structure, and operational framework of the LEXIS infrastructure;
- Manage, transfer, and synchronize datasets distributed across heterogeneous cloud and HPC resources;
