8. Managing molecular lab experiments

The Molecular Laboratory module in PlutoF acts as your all-in-one Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) where you can easily track and organise your lab workflows, including DNA extraction, PCR, and Library prep. & DNA sequencing experiments carried out on the material samples registered in PlutoF during step 4.

Note: Detailed step-by-step guides for individual lab experiments are outside the scope of this tutorial, but PlutoF gives you a flexible workspace to manage them as your project grows!
